the customer service is iffy and I've been a few times but after today I won't go back only to get my refund. I went at lunch and stood in line while the cashier rung up a customer after finishing with him she looked at me and went to the main register to get coin change there was no one behind me at while looking me in my eye she busted the coin rolls to put into her register. by now the other cashier is finished and she directors me to her with a "she's open at the other register" as the cashier is ringing me up the girl w... read more

We have enjoyed all the various sausages we have had over many years. Their rolls are wonderful. And the selection of German import items are always a treat. Service was excellent during the epidemic, called in an order and it was ready for pickup later that day.

always helpful and great food selection.
Drove an hour to get denied for wanting snack sticks made from my waterfowl meat because a fear of pellets...maybe it should be stated on the website that you dont accept waterfowl or any birds. Never had this issue at any other “butcher” shop...
Amazing brats and meats! We always stop in when we're back home.
