Karloo Constructions has now built 6 Industrial Buildings for us, the most recent at Coolum Beach Industrial. We have always been very happy with their approach to construction with each project. In particular, we very much like Karloo's turn-key package which means we provide the land and they build us a tenant-ready building ready to be leased. We believe this approach achieves the best outcome. We highly recommend Karloo Constructions.
In 2021-22 Karloo Constructions completed our new Australian headquarters for Quik Corp Pty Ltd, through the CoVid-19 period, with only minor delays. The completed work is of a very high standard and we experienced no major issues along the journey - it was actually a "pleasant build"!. We have been working out of the building for 2-years now and it functions as planned.
