Almost two years and Jason Pearlman just as of August 1, 2023....told me he had to close my case...not because I dnt have a case only to say that his exspert said that they didn't know if I would have recoverable damanges...my mom was admitted to a nursing home for rehab end up getting a ulcer pressure wound to having gang greane from foot to her knee with no woud care and eventually died within a month.
