Karlie is an amazing realtor. She helped us buy a house sight unseen and it was the easiest process with her. She is super communicative and understanding and I would recommend her to anyone!
Karlie is THE BEST. As a prior Realtor myself, I’m pretty picky. Karlie knew all the answers and went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We had multiple offers - over asking - the first weekend we hit the market. Karlie is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She offers to help with projects and do whatever it takes to get a house sold. She is the sweetest person and a joy to work with. I can’t recommend her enough! 10/10. You won’t be disappointed!
Karlie has to be one of the absolute best in the game!!!!! We closed on our VERY FIRST house last Wednesday…a little background, we actually had an active offer in on another house but when the owners came back with their counter offer, despite borderline liking/loving the house, we couldn’t foresee ourselves paying what the owners wanted. Karlie is one of the most down the earth, hard working, and loving people I have ever worked with. She made this process so easy and helped us to be extremely confident and comfortable. She will go to the end of the earth for your happiness! Cannot recommend her enough!
Karlie was referred to us by another service member. We bought a home remotely and Karlie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She FaceTime walked us through every home we requested and was very detail oriented. Very communicative even after closing and move in. Have bought several homes and she has been the best realtor we have worked with. Will absolutely be using her again. Highly recommend.
