We recently moved from HI to upstate NY, we started looking for a house to buy and we found Karlie. It was an absolute pleasure working with her every step of the way from that first face time call to the closing day. She is very knowledgeable, and as a military spouse herself, she knows how the army works and was also very helpful in guiding us on that aspect also. If you looking for a house and need someone to be there for you at all times with not exception, she is the person to contact.
Working with Karlie was such an amazing experience. She spent over five months helping my husband and I find the home we’ve always wanted. We never once felt pressured or rushed. I cannot recommend Karlie enough!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to military moves and veteran loans. She answered everyone of our questions, even if it was late at night. She was supportive of our wants and needs while also being real about our expectations.
