Karlie truly goes way above and beyond for her clients! She helped us sell our home, and although we had a major set back during the process, she kept us at ease, and made it a priority to get the sale done. Karlie is THE BEST. As a prior Realtor myself, I’m pretty picky. Karlie knew all the answers and went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We had multiple offers - over asking - the first weekend we hit the market. Karlie is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She offers to help with projects and do whatever it takes to get a house sold. She is the sweetest person and a joy to work with. I can’t recommend her enough! 10/10. You won’t be disappointed!
Karlie has to be one of the absolute best in the game!!!!! We closed on our VERY FIRST house last Wednesday…a little background, we actually had an active offer in on another house but when the owners came back with their counter offer, despite borderline liking/loving the house, we couldn’t foresee ourselves paying what the owners wanted.
