As a small business owner I don’t understand how someone like this is still in business. I ordered flowers from them for delivery for my mother’s birthday. They were never delivered during the day, so I called around 6pm to see what’s going on, I was given a run around that they are on their way, the driver can’t find the address (it’s literally within 10 min drive from the flower shop), the driver’s cellphone died, and then on my 4th call no one would answer. Unprofessional and bad communication. I ordered pickup for flowers Dec 30. She told me to come before 4p.m I came at 2 just for the door to be locked and no one there. I called her then she gon say ohh yeah she didn’t call me Cz she don’t have my number when on the receipt she wrote my number down… then say the girl left she had to go to Kendall she’ll be back at 6/7 p.m but she leaves at 7 or 8. she’ll give me a call back to know when I can come. This company is a joke someone used my card information with out the physical card in hand which is crazy they would even allow such a thing thousands were stolen from me yesterday and I am pissed you would think these ppl would reverse the charges right? Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers! At the very last minute, I realized I needed a corsage for my daughter’s dance. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and 2 hours before the event. I called and they were able to make a beautiful corsage to match her dress. 💗💗💗
