I was set to establish with them in July, but I found out that my insurance was going to be terminated before I would be able to establish. Brandy went way more than above and beyond to help me get in before my insurance would be terminated - before I had even met her in person or even set foot in the clinic. Karla has been my doctor for over 6 years. From day 1 she took my health more seriously than I did. Now I'm seeing the importance of her direction as arthritis and diabetes are upon me. She pays attention to details eg she noticed a severe vit d deficiency in my blood and prescribed that vitamin directly to see the improvement. Personally I think that 1 thing changed my outcome from the pandemic. My hats off to Dr Reinhardt.
