Dr Pou saw me within 10 minutes of my appointment. She introduced herself, as did I. She was very nice and kind. We went over the results to my tests in detail. She explained everything. I had questions and she addressed them all. I never felt rushed, she took her time and I left understanding and feeling confident I was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend her.
If I could give zero stars I would. While I did see Dr. Pou for all of my scheduled appointments I couldn’t get her to respond to messages that she requested regarding my labs and medication dosage changes. We spoke multiple times about this and the third time was the last straw. She still is blaming her nurse for the lack of follow up which feels cowardice since she’s no longer there. Do yourself a favor. Find another doctor that actually cares about the health of the patients they give services to.
Pou cancelled the last two appointments I had to see her. What's the use of having a doctor that you can never visit and are relying on for care and prescriptions? The 2 times I did see her, sessions were short and felt rushed.
