I first met Karla over a year ago when I needed new hearing aids. She provided excellent service and expertise. I moved to FL, and just realized one of my hearing aids is not functioning well. I called Karla: I am still covered under warranty, AND she could not have been more helpful. I am sending the unit to her for repair/evaluation, but she is also going to find me a local Oticon rep near where I live.
