always rushed and will not answer questions for more than one issue at a time. You have to make a separate appointment get charged twice to get help with a separate issues .
Dr. K Ivy is the best. She listens to all concerns and offers solutions. She take great pride in helping you to understand anything you may have questions about and she goes far and beyond her expectations as a care provider. If you are looking for a great care provider for yourself or your child she is the best and you won't go wrong in choosing her.
Very friendly and helpful. I love Dr. Ivy. She is so kind and takes time to answer all of my questions.
Dr. Ivy is an amazing Doctor. She’s super nice and a very good listener. She explains everything to us in a way that we can understand. I’ve never had a problem with her, she answers my emails pretty quick and sends us our test results as well. We’ve known her for a couple of years now and have nothing bad to say about her or her staff. We haven’t had a problem scheduling appointments or anything like that. Staff are super kind as well. Thank you Dr. Ivy for always looking out for us.
