Today was my first time seeing Karla. I got a European Facial and it was the most relaxing thing I've ever experienced. Karla went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I had her focus more on acne treatments that involved extractions. She was very thorough. I highly recommend her for your spa services. The building is a little hard to find but everything else is A++
