⸻ I have seen Dr. Criner twice in the past three weeks. She is highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a warm, approachable demeanor. She takes the time to ask thorough questions, perform careful examinations, and clearly explain her initial diagnosis before recommending further tests such as X-rays or an ultrasound. It is evident that patient care is her top priority. I would highly recommend her.
So disappointed! Just make sure you ask about costs and insurance ahead of time. They care very little about the patient and more about how much money they can make from you. It’s so wrong and disgusting. The doctor spent less then 30 min with me and charged me 60 min. Plus. Didn’t explain that the telemed was a separate appointment. She could have easily called me and said my test results were fine. Cost was through the roof. Office manager doesn’t know anything either. She was worthless to speak too. Do your research.
