Karl Weis was so kind and easy to work with! As a notre dame student I didn’t know where to go in the area and they did a wonderful job on my car, would definitely recommend to anyone!
They haven't done any bodywork for me, they only delivered the bad news of "it's totaled." But Gary went above and beyond to help me remove the 48 hour old tires on my car. If I ever need a body shop again, I will not go anywhere else!
This shop does excellent work and the staff has always gone out of their way to make me happy. I highly suggest Ksrl Weis.
I took my truck there after being involved in a crash. They stated that it would take 2 weeks to complete the repairs. It ended up taking 7 weeks with very little communication, and always an excuse. I had to call to find out if they would complete it on the new dates that they kept giving. When I was finally told that it would be ready, I was stuck waiting in the lobby for about 2-3 hours.
