Got my windshield done, talked with Carol and Jack. Carol made sure she got the correct windshield for the features I have in my ca, while Jack talked to me about how they cut out the glass with a special tool. dropped off and by the late afternoon was programmed and ready to go. Bill also just chatted me up about life. every friendly and helpful. thank you!
