Lorenz is fantastic. My commodore had a big issue with clunking suspension on straight roads and the timing belt. Lorenz fixed it all with constant contact, updates and photos of issues with my engine. I was also offered a loan car for the two days I was without my car. Lorenz is lovely to deal with. Lorenz is a perfectionist and loves talking about car engine bits that I don’t understand and then putting it into simple terms so I can understand. Fair pricing, timely work and excellent customer service.
Lorenz did an outstanding job with my Toyota Yaris. I had the ABS and hand brake lights on, so it was dangerous to drive. He ran a scanner and found a few issues. He provided me with pictures and a reasonable quote. I also did the 120k log book service. Unlike other mechanics who may charge a fixed price for log book service whether parts replacement is needed or not, Lorenz has a pricing which depends on which parts really need replacing after a thorough inspection. Outstanding service, extremely knowledgeable, great to work with. Lorenz managed sort out a difficult suspension issue that I had not been able to get fixed. Reasonable rates, kept informed every step of the process.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Can’t believe how amazing my feels after some major repairs through Karl Tech Australia.
