Dr. Swann is excellent and I respect him and his care. However, his office assistant is very difficult to work with and has been rude to me on numerous occasions. The nurses are friendly and compassionate. However, due to the dealings with his office assistant I had to only rate 4 stars. She makes me not want to go back. If I didn't like Dr. Swann I would not return to this office.

Dr. Swann did a fusion on my lower back in 2003 (L3 to S1) relieving 14 years of horrific pain. I have been pain free ever since. In 2013 I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis in my neck and I went to Dr. Swann again, he did a fusion of C3 to C7 and again I am pain free. I trust him (literally) with my life!

Dr. Swann did a remarkable job on my lower back. I was in so much pain I became suicidal. My pain went from a 6 to an "oh my God" in 2 months. I had to schedule an appointment and because my pain was so bad they rushed me in to surgery. I couldn't have had a better surgery. I woke up with the pain from surgery, but my back pain was completely gone. My legs and feet are still numb from the damage I did to my spinal chord but that will come back over the next year or so. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
