Visited the Karl's Hardware in Tehachapi. I needed a spare part. The person at the desk said all spare parts are across the street in the warehouse. The warehouse person said the part I needed was in the store. Went back to the store and Andre told me it was my fault he sent me across the street because I didn't tell him which part I needed.
