Mr. Ruzicka is an excellent Accountant. He has been doing my taxes for several years now and his work is always excellent, efficient, and on time.
If I could give him zero stars I would. He would not do my taxes this year as I complained about his fee last year. I felt He was rude and insulting when I called to make an appointment.
We started a small business in 2022 and not confident about preparing our taxes. Even though I was late in contacting Karl, he was able to work us in and complete our taxes. We appreciate Karl's professionalism, consideration, willingness to listen, taking time answer our questions and offer suggestions for success. We feel very lucky to have found Karl and look forward to many years of working with him.
