Upon entering the property manager Kevin he greeted me with a warm smile and kind words. Kevin was very knowledgeable and courteous. Kevin answered all my questions about the rental Kevin also worked with me to find the best rental that fit perfectly into our budget. Great presentation. The places looked updated. The brick was well maintained. The Area is busy but inside it was relatively quiet. The design created a private feeling, while also being lit well by natural light. Brick insulation would make for a cheap electric bill. Even though I showed up last minute & never called, also got the wrong name for the complex I was looking for online, the presenter never made me feel rushed, uncomfortable or questioned my judgement. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with apartment management. The manager is practically nonexistent — it’s nearly impossible to get a response, even for small and simple maintenance issues that should be handled quickly. It honestly feels like there is no management at all. I’ve reported a minor issue multiple times, and nothing has been done. No follow-up, no communication, no accountability. I keep seeing all these positive reviews and saying great things about fast maintenance, and how great Kevin is. Now I wonder why we haven't gotten that same experience. Kevin was great at first, he was easy to talk to, and even though we didn't get to see the apartment before moving in we were excited.
