Upon entering the property manager Kevin he greeted me with a warm smile and kind words. Kevin was very knowledgeable and courteous. Kevin answered all my questions about the rental Kevin also worked with me to find the best rental that fit perfectly into our budget. Great presentation. The places looked updated. The brick was well maintained. The Area is busy but inside it was relatively quiet. The design created a private feeling, while also being lit well by natural light. Brick insulation would make for a cheap electric bill. Even though I showed up last minute & never called, also got the wrong name for the complex I was looking for online, the presenter never made me feel rushed, uncomfortable or questioned my judgement.
