Karl refused to return the full amount for an apartment he never rented to us. He never showed up at the address he gave us on the move-in day as promisedand expected to charge a real-estate fee. Karl is nothing but a thief, liar, scamp, and bad business. He refuses to return calls after he took the money for the apartment he promised. He will be reported to Consumers Affairs and the State of New York for not returning the money in good faith. This is not good business.
