Long story short I made a commitment to transport some VIP’s into the back country and made arrangements with some people to help. You guessed it, no help. On the off chance I called my local Karl Malone power sports store. I explained my situation and that I was out of state till the day before the trip. Kirk made it so easy. Chris is amazing. Great place to do business, Chris made purchasing a breeze.
Bought a new 500 atv from them in 2024. Found out later buy calling them for information about first oil change, that they were to busy to help me. I guess once the sell has been made getting a call back from sales or service is not important to them. I would not recommend them at this point, and I'll take my business to some one else I had all intentions of getting all my services done there but now I know better.
Desarae was a great pleasure to work with. She listened to my needs and what type of unit I was looking for and was very upfront with the availability and also in putting together a fair price for the new unit and my trade-in. She also delivered the new unit when she promised. Would definitely work with her and Karl Malone sports again.
