Yet one more poor Karl Malone deal..I have been working with salesman Phil and sales manager Markus on buying a bike. I scheduled my shipper for pick up and was just waiting for the sales contract. Everything was going smooth. I get a phone call from Phil stating the GM cancelled my deal. I spoke to him briefly. He stated he would not sell a bike if the buyer was not there to take possession..he claims bikes have been damaged and the dealership held responsible.
