My 2019 Ram 1500 would not shut off. It has the push button start:stop button. I called Karl Malone in Heber and explained to Mike the service rep. what my issue was. I asked if I can just bring the truck to them now and have it looked at but if I had to leave it, I’d need a ride home. I live about 30 minutes away.
