Karl Malone's repair service in Heber City ("Karl Malone") was dishonest and incompetent. I had a leaky trans cooler line and Karl Malone claimed to have fixed it and also claimed they test drove my Travato to "verify" the fix. The mechanic claimed he conducted a pressure test "twice," which does not even make sense (why twice?)
