Was informed that I didn’t have an appointment and once I gave my information, the young lady jumped right on it. Didn’t take long to fix my issue. I don’t remember her name but she’s clutch! (On top of things) for those that don’t know the meaning.
I went in for an oil change. They changed my oil. However, they did not update my odometer properly, so my car still says “maintenance is required”. They also dirtied both inside and outside of my car, which my OCD is a bugged about. But three stars for (at least) doing what they were supposed to do. I approve.
