I went there intending to make a purchase with my French husband, but the moment I stepped into the store, I wanted to leave. The music was awful ,cheap bar-style bachata that had nothing to do with the brand or the clothing. It was honestly embarrassing. My husband simply walked out… we will never return. The atmosphere they’ve created in that store is just unpleasant.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your store 04/04/2026 during my recent visit. I selected two items and went to the register, where the cashier, Angie kindly informed me that I was eligible for a 20% discount if I purchased an additional item for around $30.
