I love Karl Lagerfeld brand, but this store, customer service is ZERO. Walking in, not a single Hello or smile from employees here. Always looks unorganized, with boxes around and stuff. Out of 5 employees half don't speak English. No one asks you if you need any help. When I was doing a return, the cashier looked beyond miserable. Either she hates people, or her job, or BOTH. She also proceeded to toss my receipt in the garbage after the return when I still have other items on it. She also had no clue when I asked her which... read more
