Got my purse with beads missing! I ordered from online and posted my review twice and to my surprise it’s been weeks and the review is still not posted! I ordered online the farine satchel bag and when it arrived it was missing beads in the front. I had to pay $6 to return and I did get my refund but no reply back from customer service online! I had to call and explain the defect it had just so I can get my $6 back! The bag came in just a bag no box or anything to protect it from damage! So be aware when ordering bags online... read more
