I have been a pain management patient for over 40 years and have seen several doctors. Dr. Karl is by far the most direct pain management doctor I have ever had. He reminds me of Old Doc Milburn who was on Gunsmoke. He is direct and to the point. Some people cannot handle his honesty, hence the negative comments. I find him very refreshing.
