VERY nice, explained everything as to what he is going to do on my surgery Feb 12. He paid attention to what I was saying, Answered all questions I ask. Very nice and friendly Dr. Charlotte lane I didn't have surgery until Feb 28th all went well and he is a great dr.
Dr. Bertram was attentive, honest and extremely professional. Gave me multiple options when an expected hernia came about.
He was very kind and empathetic and gentle when he examined me.
