In 2017, Dr. Hansen & hie team helped me conceive within a month of their care. I'll be forever grateful for them because now I have a beautiful 4 year old son thanks to them. They are kind & professional.
April 16th 2021 I purchased a hot tub online through The Aquarest Outlet who is owned by Clearwater Pool and Spa. I received a phone call on September 27, 2021 from the company to tell me they couldn't find my tub. They eventually found it and said they delivered it to the wrong customer and would be picking up the tub (which had my serial # on it) and would take it back to the factory, inspect it to make sure it was in working condition, clean it and arrange to have it delivered. BEWARE. Purchased Hot Tub Oct. 6. via EMAIL ONLINE PURCHASE. Promised delivery via carrier EMAIL 2 times. Delivery never came, we were waiting - with helpful friends. Spa was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery company never called or showed up, phone number isn't working. When I called outletspas they had me wait on hold 30 minutes while they called their contact person who also couldn't get ahold of anyone with the freight company. The staff at outletspas then tried to put it on me to keep calling to try and get it delivered. It's not my responsibility to try to get ahold of the company they contracted for delivery. The customer services is awful - be prepared to be hung up on (yes this happened several times) and treated rudely. Also, be prepared to have them steal as much money from you as they can. They stole $900 from us. If you are ok with that, then they are the company for you.
