It’s been a few months now but I Had a great experience here and my orthotics have changed my way of living. Tried another place and felt like an inconvenience to them. Steve was a delight to deal with and listen to all my concerns. Thank you Karl Hager and most importantly Steve!
I’ve had a couple of braces made over the years and they’re always really good about doing adjustments if they’re not fitting right at the beginning. They’re very friendly, very supportive and very professional. I would highly recommend going there for any orthotic or brace you would need
I had a great experience today. I met with Steve to discuss my foot/leg issues and it only took a few minutes to zero in on my problem. After hip replacement 2 years ago I always thought my leg was shorter. After some testing he determined it was 3/8” shorter. A shoe insert made all the difference and I could feel the relief instantly. Thanks Steve.
Went in to get my orthotics made, had a mishap, so instead of re-casting he just went with it, told me everything would be okay, come back a month later to pick them up, they were totally blown out. As I was leaving I was told "if yoy need any modifications we'd come up to you". Nope... Definitely don't recommend.
Great staff, great service! Highly recommend!
