Excellent and very professional staff. I had an 10:15 am appointment and guess what? They came right out at 10:15. The assessment lasted about 25 minutes. Our pickup from DATs is from 10:50am. Until 11:20. We are waiting to be picked up in the reception room and no one has given us any grief for waiting.
Excellent customer service from the reception to my orthotist Sama! My custom knee brace is excellent, fits perfect and I am no longer in pain! I will only ever go to Karl Hager Limb & Brace!
Amazing place to go to when in need of a brace. Kevin is amazing to deal with, very knowledgeable and ensures you are fitted properly, etc. before you leave their shop. Front staff is very polite and friendly.
Interesting response to my post below, since I went to another orthotist and got an unloaded, hinged brace through Aids to Daily Living. No problems. It allowed me to continue walking, etc pain free and without medication. Not normally recommended? That is really too bad because it certainly was what I needed. Why would I return your calls? Your receptionist knew what she had done. I explained when I booked inital appointment I could not follow usual procedure because I didn't have a family doctor who listened to me.
