Brought my Ford in to be repaired had a misfire number eight plug the woman who's supposed to be in helpful was helpful but the service people who was working on my car was not helpful for some reason I thought Ford was good they could not get the plug out pay $209.60 picked up the car still had a misfire Ford industry is not that good with cars now I got to take you to another place I hate it when people scam you out of money and that's how I feel right now with Ford they scan me out of $209 and my car for 2 days Miss $800 ... read more

20 ⭐️ if I could!! Gatlin, my service writer, was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. He didn’t make me feel like a burden, and helped me understand the value in doing certain services versus others. I will ONLY deal with him from now on. THANK YOU!!! Yes his name is GATLIN, like Gatlinburg Tennessee.

Our expedition overheated and I identified the issue (hose cracked and needed to be replaced.) I called and spoke with a service advisor and was told it was covered under our extended warranty. I brought the car in only to find out that it is NOT covered and quoted over $1000 to replace the hoses. I refused and was charged over $100 for a diagnostic. I was able to do the repair myself in one hour for $210 out the door. Very unprofessional, bait and switch. I wouldn’t have brought it in if they didn’t say it was covered under... read more
