He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I don't hand out five-star reviews often, but this team earned it. Karl Spahr and Gary Hanes were incredibly helpful and made the estate planning process clear, organized, and surprisingly painless. Every question was answered in plain English, not legal fog. Amber was proactive, quick to response, walked me through each step, and was great to work with.
Karl Spahr and Gary Hanes did our original trust 12 years ago and did a great job but due to some changes we needed to make we needed to amend it. It was very good dealing with them again and Amber was aways so helpful. We highly recommend them.
