While traveling had difficulty with RAM connection and couldn’t resolve with online support. Pulled in to the service department at Karl. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Nick got me checked in and got into the screens and resolved the connectivity issue immediately. I was thankful for the help especially since I traveling and not a customer. If I lived in Marshalltown I would go to Karl.
