Got a new Durango had damage on dash they was going to repair it soon as I paid for the car they kept ignoring me and blowing me off and never was resolved
1st visit was for AC diagnosis- quote came out to $3k.. took it to a local mechanic and my problem was solved for $400 haven’t had an issue since. 2nd visit I purchased 4 new tires which they priced me $1320 after tax. At checkout my bill had gone up $120 for “MISC ITEMS” that weren’t on the quote. Nicholas started to get upset after asking warranty and pricing questions. Just decided to pay the bill and get out of there.
Had new tires on my GMC Sierra installed. Very happy with my purchase, installation and alignment.
