We use Karl’s for all repairs and maintenance for all our vehicles. We do our trade-ins there as well since they go out of their way to help. Anytime I called, they were friendly and helpful. The staff we have worked with are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Not a better dealership in Iowa. I don’t have to worry about waiting when I have issues!!
Very little waiting time. The gal who checked me in was very personable, as was the one who took my payment. The techs were thorough, efficient and kept me informed. The car wash attendant was helpful also. No one wasted time. Great day!
