I've used them several times over the years and they are great. Also works well with insurance companies too
Not very impressed with the service I got from the person I dealt with at the collision center today who did my quotes. Everyone else I interacted with was great. I was asking some simple questions and then in the end just got brushed off like he didn't even care. I'll think twice about thinking about bring my Ford, let alone any future vehicles I have here.
Smoking under battery date? Took you over week to get in and days to even identify and diagnose it. Said you can't find issue? Said you can't fix for x amount of days over even look at? Didn't see rust on frame when inspection for fire underhood? Brought in for inspection. Said I should not drive because you can't get in for over week on 1/21? Said 2 days for repair 1/22? Tomorrow 1/23? Monday1/25? Oh no, we don't have the materials we thought that computer said? Tomorrow 1/26? Tomorrow1/27? Tomorrow1/28? When???? This truck... read more
This is how customer service should be. Quick to get an estimate, got in the next day, and they underpromised and over delivered my vehicle by 5 days! It was clean inside and out and looks like nothing happened. Great Job to Dave and whoever worked on it!
