Called to make a appointment and Susie with scheduling service was very rude and she hung up in my face as well. Definitely will be seeking another facility
This Dr is arrogant and has no bedside manner at all. Talked down to my husband the entire appt and when making notes in the computer aggressively typed and read the rude comments he was making out loud. Choose any Dr but this one. On top of that there is a huge lack of communication between staff and patient you have to call in for refills on meds that are everyday meds because they don't put refills on them and every request was an uphill battle having to call multiple times to ask for the scripts to be called into the pha... read more
Was sent to Karl Cytrynowicz by a Nurse Practitioner who I was seeing so I could get better care, the office rescheduled me 3 times, so over the course of almost a year and a half they rescheduled every time, had an appointment set for this month on the 16th and they never sent a reminder or even called me to confirm.
