Went shopping for tires and Karl’s was running a sale. Decided to schedule it for a Friday. Dropped vehicle off on Thursday so they could have vehicle all day. I called on Friday at 2:30 to see if vehicle was done. They told me they doubled booked my vehicle and they would try to get it done. I arrived at 5:30 and vehicle was still not done. I was very disappointed with my experience with Marshalltown. I feel I was lied to often by Opbroek on getting my truck repaired properly. It’s was so bad that it gave me the feeling that the mechanics, shop and service manager have zero idea what they are doing. I will let everyone I know about this awful experience I had.
