Avoid this crook because Crooks run in pairs. He also screwed me over with his unethical practices and billing. This snake learned all his practices from a snake attorney named: Mont T Tanners. There is a reason why these two scums have lower rating. Mr Andersen referred Mr. Tanner and I found out later by reviews why I should have never used them. I came to Karl to have him write a demand letter to a mortgage company that screwed me out of over $200,000. I gave him sufficient documentation/emails to prove my assertions. Karl told me based on the evidence I submitted - we had proven the $ damages. The mortgage company failed to respond within the 30 days we gave them. I assumed Karl would follow-up with them.
