Dr. Lozanne is fantastic. He took the time to explain everything to me about my condition and the best way to treat it. He answered all my questions and I never felt he was rushing me. Excellent Service! I was very pleased.
Upon entering, the facility is very clean and welcoming. Earlier in the day, I had received 2 notifications to do the online check-in and complete several forms. When I arrived, I was told the Dr doesn’t accept the online check-in forms, and slI spent the next 30 minutes completing the same forms I did online. Then I waited another 30 minutes to be taken back for Xrays, them brought to the exam room. At that point it was another 10 minute wait foe the Dr to enter.
