Dr Lozanne was courteous, kind, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. I came to him for a second opinion and he explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. I only wish he would of offered to do the recommended surgery.
I am overwhelmed with the type of care I have been given by the staff in total. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was torn between a four-star and a three-star. I specifically requested a neurologist to speak to and once again as many other facilities that are the same I get to speak with a neurosurgeon. I clearly stated in my application that I did not want surgery and was pursuing other options . Not clear what the confusion was on my request when I spoke to the scheduling folks, but at the same time this doctor Lozanne did a great job. Dr. Lozanne is fantastic. He took the time to explain everything to me about my condition and the best way to treat it. He answered all my questions and I never felt he was rushing me. He put me completely at ease. I look forward to getting my surgery done and on my way to recovery. Thank you Dr. Lozanne!
