We just had our heat pump Minisplit installed by him last week. He went out of his way to arrange his schedule to get this done for us, and the unit has already been amazing. We almost had a larger company install a Minisplit for us, and I'm so glad I reached out to Karkos for a second opinion. I called Karkos per a recommendation of my neighbor. Josh was able to come out and repair a burst pipe quickly and efficiently. Very nice and took the time to explain things.
You couldn’t do better than Josh! He came highly recommended and more than fulfilled expectations. He spent plenty of time discussing options and in the end, repaired a Rinnai heater (7years old) I had been told I had to replace. He spent a great deal of time searching for solutions until he came up with the answer. His expertise and commitment to excellence has saved me more than $2000!
