They were on time and extremely polite. They were very transparent on what was wrong with my furnace and made the fix. I would hundred percently use them again.
We just had our heat pump Minisplit installed by him last week. He went out of his way to arrange his schedule to get this done for us, and the unit has already been amazing. We almost had a larger company install a Minisplit for us, and I'm so glad I reached out to Karkos for a second opinion.
