Josh was excellent! He did a great job installing our heat pumps. He made the process super easy. He was great to communicate with! Highly recommend him!
They were on time and extremely polite. They were very transparent on what was wrong with my furnace and made the fix. I would hundred percently use them again.
We just had our heat pump Minisplit installed by him last week. He went out of his way to arrange his schedule to get this done for us, and the unit has already been amazing. We almost had a larger company install a Minisplit for us, and I'm so glad I reached out to Karkos for a second opinion. The unit the first company was going to install wasn't Efficiency Maine qualified, and also wasn't a low-temp unit. I called Karkos per a recommendation of my neighbor. Josh was able to come out and repair a burst pipe quickly and efficiently. Very nice and took the time to explain things.
