I was the property manager on two projects with Karkela. The first was a small remodel of a mall space after a tenant moved out. The second was a large addition to and remodel of one of our dental offices. Ken and Troy, the on-site supervisors, along with Chris and Katie in the office were all extremely helpful and great to work with. As a dentist who has built/remodeled multiple large dental offices, I can attest to the excellent work this company does. They are transparent, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Matt, the super on our job is the consummate professional and an excellent communicator making him very easy to work with, Most importantly, no project goes exactly as planned. They are very reasonable when these issues arise to find solutions which help keep you within budget and on time. I highly recommend them for your project!
