We had the worst experience with her. She was unprofessional and unavailable. She messed up the entire event. Charged us for 3 assistants. Brought only 2. When I arrived there at 330 for a 530 event, nothing was ready. Flowers were still being put up as guests started arriving. So much so that we don't have a single family portrait because I was running around trying to figure out what's going on. I seriously get ptsd as I think about everything that went wrong that day. Working with Karissa was genuinely amazing. I enjoyed getting to team up with her and her crew on a professional level. She's down-to-earth, super easy to get along with, and just gets things done. Honestly, finding someone as dependable and positive as her is a rarity. She's a gem in any team, truly making a difference where it counts.
