Dr.Burd is understanding and kind. It is wonderful to have a doctor who listens to your concerns and navigates a plan that best suites you. Very happy with my care. The front desk is accommodating and helpful. Truly amazing office/staff.
Karissa herself is top notch. However since the practice was taken over, the quality of service has fallen off a cliff. Overseas call center to schedule with no way to connect to anyone in the actual office. Barrier upon barrier to get anything done. Cost cutting has impacted the quality of care, quality of service and professionalism of the office. It is awful.
Karissa is a pleasure to work with. She listens well and addresses all concerns.
Karissa is the best NP. She listens and develops a good, doable treatment plan to get better. She provides care that is a partnership instead of an authoritarian style. She really cares about her patients and you’re not just a number to her. I highly recommend her.
