I saw Suzanne at Karisma and she do an absolutely amazing job! I had my roots done, highlights, cut and blowout and I left there feeling amazing! She was so knowledgeable and walked me through what she was doing. I have been searching for a hairdresser in the Smithtown area for a while now and I am so happy I found her! I will absolutely be back!

The most important reason for my 1-star rating is the staff’s behavior. I experienced what felt like discriminatory treatment and a clear change in attitude once I mentioned that I had purchased the service through Groupon. Before I said I had a Groupon voucher, I was told there was availability. However, as soon as I mentioned Groupon, the staff member’s facial expression changed noticeably. I had highlights done here in early October using a Groupon and was quite disappointed. I paid around $120 for the Groupon, plus an additional $40 for glaze and more for a blowout. The whole process took about 3.5 to 4 hours — much longer than expected — and the color I received was not what I asked for. Came here late afternoon and was taken right away with no wait. Everyone was nice and friendly. My wash was very relaxing. The glaze and cut was great! wil def be back as the appointments accommodate my late schedule. Thank you!!
