Front desk ignored us when we needed a form to assist the person hogging the counter over 20 minutes. GP rudely calls patients from the corridor, so hard to hear. Then there's the fact that I was told to go to another GP for medicine. Ridiculous given they'd ask me why I can't go to a closer one. Stupid I was expected me to travel 200 kms for this simple request.
I've had a great experience with Karis Medical Group. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. Dr Modupe take the time to listen and explain things clearly, making you feel comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommended!
