High respect and admiration for Dr. Chesner that is a real gentlemen and a very good doctor: he is listening to you, taking into account what you’re saying to him and reccomending workeable medical treatments adjusted to each individual’s needs. He is not patronising and he is actually listening to patients’ needs, accommodating patients’ solutions offering a real communication opportunity. I am writing this review because I am extremely angry, upset, and disappointed with Karis Medical Centre and the way they treated me and my mum. We were removed from their patient list and basically kicked out of the practice on the basis that our address was “not close enough” to the GP. This is not true. I attended your premises twice due to the issues that arose with this staff member. During our interaction, she insisted that I hand over my phone and provide all of the personal information related to my Digital ID. This request directly ignored the official Home Office procedure, which requires checks to be carried out via a share code only.
