I am disappointed with your receptionist's judgemental and unprofessional attitude to talk on behalf of NHS about the Deed Poll name change as she has stated it's up to date to change the name or not!!! All authorities in England had complied and change the name. Except Karis Medical Centre including NHS. This was unprecedented and illegal to comply with laws of the country!!!
The doctors working there are really helpful from experience, however the lady who picks up the phone always tries to turn you away and ask you to go somewhere else although i’m registered here
Lily was very helpful when we needed medication urgently that they had forgotten to add. Thankyou very much.
