i had an old mortise lock went to 4 other locksmiths that said they couldn't help me and i needed to replace the lock.i wanted to keep the antique look so this wasn't an option.brought it to Karis and within 15 minutes they had repaired my 86year old lock and i was on my way.its been 4 months now and lock is working like a champ.won't go anwhere else ever again
