Their selection is wonderful, and the staff are amazing at helping you find what you need. I didn't know anything about jewelry, but I needed a present for my sister's birthday and they quickly had items for me to look at before I even arrived! I've been in a couple times. The ladies on the jewelry side are fine. But the ladies on the bridal side are snobby, especially if you aren't model size.

Even for Emporia poor place I got my ex-wife wedding ring down there and it broke on three separate occasions and they charge us to fix it. I went in to see about exchanging a ring for cash or having it melted down to be made into wedding band had over 12 g of 14 karat gold and she wanted to give me $90 for it says that was the best she could do they’ll rip you off or they’ll scam you whatever they can do to get a dollar in the hundred nowadays you can afford for people to be ripping you off like that

I enjoyed working with Kathy. She was the most amazing woman there, and she helped me, to not only get batteries in the watch but also helped me to find a setting for a coin from Israel and a necklace. Thank you Kathy
