Supplied flowers for my mother’s funeral. So far above expectations, they were stunning and really made the day. Service was excellent.
A really kind gesture during a very hard time was absolutely ruined by the delivery persons attitude, screaming and outright aggression towards us (the recipients) and the fact that our house has stairs. Awful to be surprised by a delivery and come out to absolutely rude and grouchy yelling because we weren't there waiting for her and helping immediately even though we had no idea the flowers were coming. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I ordered the ceramic native arrangement and a coffee scented Woodwick candle for my mum's birthday and it was delivered to her within 2 hours of the order being placed. I was very impressed! The quality of the flowers was impeccable, and my mum loved them and the candle so much. Thank you so much to Kristen for your warmth and professionalism on the phone. I will definitely be ordering more flowers from you in the future!
