Poor communication. Attempted to book an appointment via email. Got a simple message back saying that appointment were booked up till February, which I was expecting, asked if I could book in for February and got no response!! I’m glad the practice is doing so well that you can ignore any new clients.
Catherine Wiltshire is a negligent and useless psychiatrist. She continually changed her mind about my diagnosis. I tried at least 10 different medications and not one helped. She couldn't answer basic questions about the medicines. On one occasion she prescribed ADHD medication without actually testing for this condition and told me to work it out myself. Now months after leaving I am still struggling. I wish I could give zero stars. She should not be allowed to practice psychiatry. Avoid at all costs. She ruined my life.
I am so glad to have Dr. Wiltshire on my side. She’s always listening, and she thinks a lot from our perspective. With her help, my kid has been making so much progress. I can’t recommend her more to other families whose teens are experiencing some challenges in their lives. Thank you, Dr. Wiltshire!
