I attended this dental clinic a month ago to get dentures, having previously had multiple teeth pulled over the years, I have to say this clinic was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist, the dental assistant was lovely and took my medical background, the dentist then entered, did not review the details taken by the assistant and for some reason lead with a lecture on perseverance and how dentures are going to cause lot of discomfort and overall seemed to be trying to talk me out of getting them, this was bizarre i... read more
Always been a great dentist .Very friendly.
Absolutely abismal. My daughter recently went there for dentures. The male dentist appeared to be in a bad mood from the get go. He attempted to talk her out of dentures and questioned her ability to perservere in the procedure - questioning a person who has spent years battling chronic pain and multiple heart and rib surgeries! She put up with his attitude out of desperation, only to be told he was not able to help her. Totally unprofessional and lacking in any sort of empathy! Avoid if person-centred care is required!
This clinic is fantastic; Dr Ravi and his team are so lovely. He helped me step by step for over a year to transform my smile! He strived for excellence and made sure I was 100% happy the entire time. I hated my teeth before, but now I feel like a different person! Dr Ravi is one of the best; I 1000% recommend him and his outstanding team.
