After knee replacement surgery, I did not qualify for a rehab center. My 3 daughters arranged for in home care from Karing Hearts. Mary Ellen made sure I was safe in the bathroom and shower (I am a fall risk), supervised my assigned daily PT, brought ice packs so I could elevate and ice my knee after PT. She fixed lunch and made a heat and eat meal for my husband’s dinner. She drove me to PT, picked up and returned library books, kept the house tidy, made beds, did the wash, and walked the dog. I miss her!

I would recommend this company to anyone who is seeking care for their elderly loved ones. There are two people stood out to me and my family. They are number one Emily who signed me up when I joined the company. She made me feel at ease and was so kind, and knowledgeable when explaining the company policies and procedures. Reviews were decent so we went with it. The reviews about staff, management etc are true. They’re horrible. Do extensive research on other platforms via indeed, fb, Reddit etc etc to get a feel for yourself.
