If I could give zero or negative star review I would. My sister called the other day and spoke to christy, an appointment was set up for an intake assessment. There was some confusion at the beginning because christy stated they were already coming to my home. Come to find out they went or were going to my neighbors home. Today we get a call from someone named kim saying there is a conflict of interest and canceled the appointment. After knee replacement surgery, I did not qualify for a rehab center. My 3 daughters arranged for in home care from Karing Hearts. Mary Ellen made sure I was safe in the bathroom and shower (I am a fall risk), supervised my assigned daily PT, brought ice packs so I could elevate and ice my knee after PT. She fixed lunch and made a heat and eat meal for my husband’s dinner. She drove me to PT, picked up and returned library books, kept the house tidy, made beds, did the wash, and walked the dog. I miss her!
