Great place and very friendly service A+++
I would recommend this company to anyone who is seeking care for their elderly loved ones. There are two people stood out to me and my family. They are number one Emily who signed me up when I joined the company. She made me feel at ease and was so kind, and knowledgeable when explaining the company policies and procedures. Reviews were decent so we went with it. The reviews about staff, management etc are true. They’re horrible. Do extensive research on other platforms via indeed, fb, Reddit etc etc to get a feel for yourself.
Everyone at Karing Hearts, from Kim Yoder to the caregivers and office staff were absolutely amazing to work with. They were compassionate and caring with our 86 year old mother who needed progressively more care after she entered hospice (at home) care. They worked with our schedule, sometimes on short notice, and never missed a shift. The caregivers were true blessings to our family. They made an incredibly hard situation so much easier. Karing Hearts offers a great service with many excellent caregivers. After surgery and a recent hospitalization, they were able to start caring for me right away. They were very good at scheduling and we’re happy to accommodate our needs and concerns. A special shout out to my daytime caregiver Tina, who was so helpful, kind, and encouraging during a difficult time. I also appreciated Barb, one of my night caregivers and Jackie also nights. Very CARING hearts at Karing Hearts!
